Meet Elis (aka TheFoodStylistrd): a culinary storyteller who transforms ordinary ingredients into visual poetry. As a food stylist and registered dietician, she crafts more than just meals—she creates experiences that dance between nutrition and art. With a camera in one hand and a whisk in the other, Elis weaves magical narratives through her evocative food imagery, all while navigating the beautiful chaos of motherhood to her young daughter Ella.

 

2025 marks a personal renaissance for Elis. She's declaring independence from digital validation, choosing instead to create content purely for joy. Her mantra? Surround herself with cheerleaders, liberally apply bows (courtesy of her four-year-old's influence), and boldly step beyond the comfort of the familiar. This year, overcommitment is out, and spontaneous culinary adventures are in.
